為甚麼?就是除了職點以外,同業應該為更多新畢業生提供醫院的工作環境!

大佬們只懂得說我們可以能屈能伸,有更多的setting可以去;但有沒有想過,我們這一代的畢業生只是因為沒有選擇才到社區和私人執業方向找工作?因為沒有臨床經驗,初出茅廬的都紛紛給壓價,唯有進入這一類setting的大佬才可以享受到較高的薪酬和福利。

世界上的物理治療行頭都應該是給新畢業生有選擇的環境──想到醫院作rotation的可以進醫院;已經篤定想做某一類對象的,才進入相關的社區/私人機構。

然後,當在醫院待了一段時間,有機遇晉升到管理層當然是好事,進不了的,才進入社區/私人執業,酬勞當然不會差到哪裏,有了經驗,議價的能力自然也較高。

但香港的市場好像出現了很多的瓶頸,畢業生為了生活,為了還政府貸款,有時進了些自己不喜歡的setting。這不是一個健康的工作環境。當然,市道是好了,空缺也多了,但也有好一些人想進醫院卻進不到醫院。當中有多少人是真的喜歡治療對象才把自己的履歷表送到機構呢?

對,苛索是永無止境的,但這也是尋求進步的方法。我們不可以為著自己找到工作就滿足現況,而是開始進一步的追求,去確定自己決意在某專科/治療對象方面發
展。醫管局其實有最大責任去營造這樣的市場,至少提供兩至三年的合約制度給新畢業生可以尋找自己的臨床興趣和專長,最後就算不續約,至少他們可以有多點籌
碼去找自己喜歡的社區/ 私人執業機構去發展自己的專長。

也是因為這樣,新加坡人看不起香港醫療制度。
